Summerfolk Music and Crafts Festival

The Summerfolk Music and Crafts Festival is an annual music festival held in Owen Sound, Ontario that takes place during the third weekend in August. The festival was founded in 1975 by brothers Tim and John Harrison.[1] The 2010 edition of the festival saw 12,000 people attend over the three days the festival ran.[2]

A partial list of performers over the years include Bruce Cockburn, Leahy, Ian Tyson, The Arrogant Worms, Dar Williams, Natalie MacMaster, John Cowan, Nickel Creek, Bruce Guthro, The Ennis Sisters, Murray McLauchlan, Eddie From Ohio, Tom Russell, Connie Kaldor, Garnet Rogers, Trout Fishing in America, Larry Gowan, Valdy, Tom Paxton, Moxy Früvous, Guy Davis, Martin Sexton and Lennie Gallant.[3]
